1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7ab77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7ab77 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming products available at 7ab77.io and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any bet or wager on the 7ab77 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 7ab77 Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 7ab77 Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant product only.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 7ab77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the 7ab77 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a 7ab77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 7ab77 Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and use.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the 7ab77 Platform or any associated service.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 7ab77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are registering only one (1) Account. Each individual person may hold only a single 7ab77 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial betting operation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 7ab77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

7ab77 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process may also be initiated at any point during your use of the Platform at the Company's discretion. You will be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. 7ab77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where it considers this necessary to complete verification. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is completed to the Company's satisfaction. 7ab77 may close Accounts where Players fail to complete KYC within a reasonable time period, or where submitted documents cannot be verified.

5 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

7ab77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other means. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 7ab77 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

You must notify 7ab77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your Account. 7ab77 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or pledge your Account or any funds in it to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

6 Deposits and Payment Methods

7ab77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 7ab77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method.
• 7ab77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the source payment method if a transaction is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into a 7ab77 Account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the Platform and may not be used to make payments to third parties.

7 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. 7ab77 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account or mobile wallet in your name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account balance upon a withdrawal request.
• 7ab77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large withdrawals. These checks may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals that are suspected to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

7ab77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are set out in the specific offer terms and may include account status, geographic location, payment method used, and minimum deposit amount.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full.
• The standard Wagering Requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering contributions vary by product — check the individual offer terms for details.
• 7ab77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim offers multiple times, using bonus funds to place low-risk hedging bets, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 7ab77 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses and promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds before the Wagering Requirement is met are held as Bonus Funds until the requirement is satisfied.

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 7ab77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game. Product-specific rules are published on the relevant pages of the Platform and form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product and market and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit cash-out or edit-bet feature is available for that market.
• 7ab77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. 7ab77 is not responsible for delays in data feeds and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 7ab77 is final, subject to any formal complaint procedure set out in these Terms.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round will be settled according to the game provider's stated void/replay policy.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ab77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using different personal details.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using privileged inside information or in connection with any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Working with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from 7ab77.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through systematic hedging, staking patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the 7ab77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register on the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to a 7ab77 deposit.

11 Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 7ab77 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

Following the dormancy period and notification, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 (or the remaining Account balance if less) will be deducted from the Account until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant Account, log in and complete any applicable reverification requirements. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for a further twelve months may be closed.

12 Responsible Gaming

7ab77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players at any time via the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all 7ab77 products. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7ab77, except as permitted by applicable law.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ab77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7ab77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7ab77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

7ab77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 16 Amendments to These Terms

7ab77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7ab77 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date.

17 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to online services accessible in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the operation of a game, a bonus, or any other aspect of your Account, you should contact the 7ab77 support team in the first instance. 7ab77 will investigate all complaints and respond within five (5) business days.
